At The Dermatology Clinic, P.A., our pathology laboratories are CLIA certified. For pathology testing services, call (316) 247-6451.
PATHOLOGY LABORATORY TESTS
- All pathology procedures are done in our office laboratory and the slides are read by our staff dermatopathologist. These reports, both clinical and pathology, are recorded on the chart and shown to the physician. If the results show any abnormalities or pathological changes, the doctor or nurse will contact the patient by telephone and/or letter. On occasion, these slides may be sent out for a second opinion. We will forward your insurance information to the outside company used and you will be billed accordingly.
